At this lifestyle property, we created a 3D model of the large lawn area. We then used GPS machine control to level the lawn to the exact requirements. Then we prepared the soil, hydro-seeded and let nature do the rest!

This client wanted to make-over the area in front of their house. It was half paved, half mud and gravel. They asked us to level it, box it, asphalt it. They were very happy with the results. They can now park five cars side-by-side on the 240m2 of driveway!

On this very steep section in the back of Lyttelton we needed to create a build platform for the client's new house. We cut 500m3 of material from the site before building 3m high retaining wall along the back of the new driveway. We also built a 2m high wall in front of the house. The posts are 4m into the ground to retain the hill with the back corner of the site excavated and drilled into the volcanic rock.
